Installation Management

Our Team is Accountable

Worldwide Freight’s installation management team is accountable and the experts from public areas to model room to guest room installation. Our team works onsite to manage all aspects of installation including property review, delivery coordination, placement, and punch completion.

Installation Management

Property review • Property review • Placement and punch completion

Property review: Our installation management team understands your challenges, and if possible walks the site weeks or days before installation begins. A WFM Project Manager is on site to direct and oversee installation. They know the layout/blueprints of a project, understand the side markings, and are clear on the goals of the client for each day.

Delivery coordination: A WFM project manager will always have a plan of attack for unloading, building access, unpacking, staging, assembly, tools, art installation, man power coordination, and rubbish removal. Our installation management team controls and manages the chaos on install day by checking and notating all damages and shortages, and are ready to fix issues as they arise. This would be impossible without a leader and a plan of action.

Placement and punch completion: An installation management project manager is flexible and available to make last minute changes by the client. They know the furniture layout and artwork specifications before arriving on site, and work with the client to get all paperwork signed and any issues resolved. We finish strong, stay till the end, and are accountable for every person and every item we are responsible for.
